In this episode Glen, Bill, and I wind our way through various topics ranging from the Western States 100 race, to future running storylines, to how the sport can gain more mainstream attraction, to Glen FINALLY admitting that Childish Gambino is good. It's always a blast having my good friends the Zdon brothers on the show. They've been a huge source of support for me over my podcasting career and its fun to geek out about running and podcasting with them. Enjoy the show!
In this episode Shea and I discuss her running career as well as many other aspects of her journey, including her love of running and what drives her, as well as her love for Nike and why she chose the Oregon Track Club. Shea's love of life is contagious and it was a blast speaking with her. Enjoy!
In this episode Shelby and I recap her recent victory at the Prefontaine 1500M as well as her training leading up to the race. We also take a deep dive into her views on French bread, Harry Potter, and many other topics. Shelby has transitioned her success from making the Olympics in 2016 into furthering her athletic career and I'm very excited to see where her training takes her.
