Amber Green's journey shows us what is ultimately capable when we catch the running "bug" and find our passion. I read her story in Runner's World magazine and was left in awe of her rise to the title of "Elite Runner." Her love of running and life truly shines through in this episode. Enjoy!
Tim Hurst lost his leg in a tragic motorcycle accident when he was in his early 20's. He's determination to never give up and live a fulfilling life is truly inspiring and it was such a blast speaking with him about his adventures. Tim has ran a marathon in all 50 states since he lost his leg. His optimism and drive to complete this feat is a wonderful testament to what we can achieve if we put our minds to it.
I had the privilege of talking with Craig about his adventures in the Trail and Ultra world. I wish I could've had a camera with me so everyone could see the passion on Craig's face as he discussed his adventures and the moments that have changed his life. Everyone check out Trail and Ultra Running to learn more about Craig's adventures and all of the amazing stuff they do.
Join my brother-in-law, Johnny, and I as we discuss the LA Marathon and the amazing event that it was. One thing I like about this episode is that it shows the fun that can be had with running and all of the randomness that comes along with running for hours on end.
