Steve's love of running and commitment to the sport saved him when his heart almost failed him and he needed double bypass surgery. Jared is a legend here in Utah and I was awestruck speaking to him and found myself bumbling over my words. He's a great guy and has done some incredible incredible things. His love of adventure is obvious and it made me want to get out on the trails and go exploring instead of worrying about my time.
I had a chance to chat with Cody Reed about his progression as a runner and his love for the sport. Such a cool dude. I really enjoyed listening to his stories. I came across Rachel's story as I was checking Facebook and a Runner's World article popped up. It spoke of her unique story of how she quit modeling to pursue running and I knew I wanted to hear more. Rachel is an amazing person and it was fun speaking with someone who not only loves to run, but you can tell she enjoys pushing herself to be the best she can be.
